Privacy & Cookies

Last updated: June 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what information Finding Rabbe collects and how it is used. Please review the wording with a professional before relying on it as a formal legal document.

Who is responsible

Finding Rabbe is operated by Øystein Rabbe (“we”, “I”). For any privacy question or request, contact hello@findingrabbe.com. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

Cookies

Our own visit-counting works without advertising cookies. The optional tools above use cookies and only run if you consent via the banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will bring the consent banner back.

Why we may use your data (legal basis)

For anonymous visit counts and for handling an enquiry you send us, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving the service. For advertising and detailed analytics cookies, and for keeping any email you submit, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Booking a conversation

Bookings are handled by Calendly. When you book, the information you enter (such as your name, email and chosen time) is processed by Calendly under their own privacy terms.

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by the services that run the site and its features, including Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Calendly (booking), and — only with your consent — Google and Meta. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Reflection answers and any email you leave are kept until they are no longer needed or until you ask us to delete them. Anonymous usage events are retained in aggregate for analysis.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@findingrabbe.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
